Made from the very first olives harvested in October from a carefully selected number of trees, our First Day of Harvest edition is truly exceptional.

Pressed exclusively from green olives, it boasts a vibrant green colour and an incredible aromatic profile, with flavours of green tomato leaves and aromas that feel like life itself, balanced by a perfectly measured bitterness and a peppery kick.

Our olives are hand-picked and cold-extracted in a family-run, independent mill located within 30 minutes of our olive groves.

They belong to the Picual variety, renowned for its high polyphenol (antioxidant) content, making this oil excellent for your health and ensuring a longer shelf life.

Enjoy it raw, drizzled over bread, ripe tomatoes, avocado, vegetables… You’ll be amazed by its freshness and how beautifully it pairs with everything on your table.
